Lego Fan
Lego-Compatible Fan
Conventional commercial module fans typically consist of a PCB + fan assembly, which are fixed using M3 screws and are not ideal for large-scale programming education. Therefore, Xiaomiao has introduced a plastic fan designed to be compatible with Lego structures.
Additionally, the fan blades are made of flexible material, ensuring safety and reliability without the risk of cutting hands. As a programming teaching tool for primary and secondary school students, no amount of safety is ever too much.
Wiring
Connect the 2-pin terminal of the Lego fan to the M1 or M2 motor interfaces on either side of the Robotbit Edu.
Note: Remember to turn on the power switch of the Robotbit.
Programming
#Button A and B control the fan rotation and stop.
Usage Notes
- The motor uses the Robotbit's motor driver, so the program requires [Expansion Board Initialization].
- The motor speed can be set between -255 and 255. A negative sign indicates the direction of rotation, and a larger absolute value corresponds to a higher speed.
